- Buat filling. Campurkan dan aduk rata semua bahan kecuali palm sugar..
- Olesi permukaan adonan dgn filling kemudian taburi palm sugar.
- Gulung adonan kemudian potong sama rata menjadi 12 bagian.
- Susun di atas loyang yg sudah di lumuri mentega dan tutup dgn lap bersih agar mengembang 30-50%. Diamkan 15-20 menit.
- Panaskan oven 180 derajat celcius. Setelah panas dan adonan mengembang panggang 20-25 menit.
- Buat frosting. Campurkan semua bahan. Aduk rata dan masukkan ke dalam piping bag.
- Keluarkan cinnamon roll dari loyang dan dinginkan di atas cooling rack agar tekstur tetap krispi.
- Beri frosting secara merata dan siap disajikan.
