- Taruh di baskom yg sdh dioles minyak,tutup kain basah biarkan mengembang 2x lipat, saya kurleb 35 mnt,tergantung suhu ya.
- Kempiskan adonan lalu giling.
- Hampir lupa utk bhn isian,mentega maizena dan bubuk kayu manis di campur rata ya.
- Oles adonan dgn bhn isian. Sampai rata lalu tabur dgn gula palem. Kalo mau ditambah kismis bisa ditaburi juga ya.
- Gulung adonan sambil agak ditekan biar padat. Potong2 adonan lalu tata di loyang. Kalo saya dialasin kertas roti biar gampang angkatnya..
- Panggang hingga matang dioven yg sdh dipanasin dulu. Panggang dgn suhu 180°C selama kurleb 20 mnt atau sampai matang..
- Tadi ada sisa jadi di panggang satuan..
