Cara membuat Wingko

  1. Campur semua bahan kecuali air, aduk sampai rata..
  2. Tambahkan air, aduk lagi sampai rata..
  3. Panaskan cetakan kue lumpur dengan api kecil, oles sedikit minyak (saya pake cetakan yg anti lengket, jadi tidak perlu oles minyak),tuang adonan dan ratakan permukaan adonan menggunakan sendok,lalu tutup cetakan..
  4. Bolak balik hingga ke dua sisinya kecoklatan dan matang.angkat sajikan..
