  3. Campur bahan B (DCC,minyak,margarin)lalu tim,caranya rebus air dalam panci.dan taruh wadah stenlis diatas panci gk usah ditutup ya.tim smp DCC leleh jng lupa diaduk sisihkan.
  4. Campur bahan C (telur dan gula halus)kocok smp gula larut.masukkan coklat leleh tadi aduk rata lalu masukkan bahan A setengahnya dulu lalu aduk rata dan masukkan bahan A sisanya aduk dngan spatula.
  5. Tuang pada loyang,hentak2n 3-4 kali biar udara yg terperangkap bisa keluar.tunggu adonan set baru kasih toping (almond,chocochip).
  6. Turunkan suhu oven jadi 200 masukkan loyangnya di rak tengah oven 40 menit api atas bawah.dan di 15 menit terakhir turunkan suhunya 170 derajad api bawah saja..
  7. Jika sudah tes dengan tusuk sate jika tidak ada yg menempel brti sudah matang.jika belum panggang lagi dngn api bawah aj 10 menitan.tunggu dingin baru keluarin dr loyang biar shyninya tdk pecah.
